Apartment holiday rentals in Hòa Vang

This is our second time staying at this location and binh is always so helpful as well as the other staff in the hotel. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help myself and my elderly mother even helping her walk up the stairs late at night as he walks the local neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great bang for the buck such a quiet neighborhood cannot say enough good things about this place.

3 months Jan-Apr 2025 Really good quality/price ratio. Not luxurious but spacious, everything in working order, stable wifi and a strong ocean breeze almost constantly, being on the north side it's always cooler. The balcony is quite comfortable too and you get a good view of the mountains and the bay nearby (but also a busy road and a big building). I didn't see any gross pest at all, but there was quite a few mosquitoes, better keep the windows shut in the evening. One drawback is that the neighbors would wake me up every morning at 6AM and also if I tried to go to sleep before 11PM. Other times it's pretty quiet though, apart for the church bells around dinner time daily and at 6AM on Sundays. That can really work you up sometimes. And even though you may be able to find everything you need within a walking distance, I think you would require a motorbike to really enjoy staying at this location. Finally, the owner is really kind and accomodating if you need anything. Great stay!

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean as well, as the kind cleaning staff comes regularly. Vi was always super quick to respond to any of my questions which was helpful. It had everything we needed and the location was great, especially if you have a scooter.

A wonderful and worthwhile getaway. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a quiet serviced area, just a few minutes from the airport and city center. It features two master bedrooms and one smaller room. The main bedroom stands out with its open view and abundant natural light every day. The surrounding area is peaceful, with plenty of cozy local eateries nearby. The apartment is fully equipped, perfect for family vacations, where you can enjoy going out and still gather for home-cooked meals. One minor downside: the bathroom has a slight odor, if improved it would be perfect. The host is hospitable, friendly, and very thoughtful. Definitely a place worth experiencing!

All I can say is bravo. Gemma's team was phenomenal - Tam and her husband were extremely helpful at all times. Never had an issue with anything at any time. They allowed me to switch to a more suitable longer-term room a week or so in *and* they accommodated a late flight I had on the day of checkout which was massive. If a chair broke (one was older and heavily used) they immediately brought a new one up for me. They also brought me a microwave to use for the long-term stay. 10/10. I wish I brought her flowers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (The only 50/50 thing was the condo is a bit far from the inner city/tourist spots BUT it comes with an insane view of the bridge and is fairly quiet and private if that's what you prefer more which I do most days!)

Căn hộ mới, đẹp và sạch sẽ, ở gần trung tâm, xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng để lựa chọn. Ga trải giường hơi không thoải mái một tí nhưng vẫn ok, mọi thứ còn lại đều rất tốt, đầy đủ vật dùng cần thiết. Host Sơn rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, hướng dẫn nhận phòng chi tiết và luôn hỗ trợ nhanh chóng.

My son and I loved staying at the Banana Flower homestay. The layout was perfect for us as he had his own zone up on the mezzanine and I had space downstairs but we were within the same room. Linh was an exceptional host and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her housekeeping staff were very kind and kept everything clean and even changed the bed for my son when he was ill with a fever. We loved the accessibility to the river promenade and excellent shopping and sightseeing. We would recommend this homestay for it's great value and hospitality.

Everything was fine. The location is central, close to the airport and Ham Rong Bridge. The room was very clean and same as shown in the pictures

Affordable with well equipped apartment

The place was great and reasonable. Our entire stay in DaNang was pleasant. The host allowed us to leave our luggages a few hours before the check in time. My siblings and I liked the place. Our Grab driver had trouble looking for the place because the sign is not noticeable because the lamp post and trees were on the way. Nevertheless, our entire stay in Da Nang was really great! Hope we can ho back after 1 year.

We have a pleasant stay at Linh’s place. Hope to come back and stay again next time

Die Unterkunft von Frank war der Hammer, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und Pool und Gym waren auch super. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Wochen hier und haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbessert werden könnten: - Es fehlen eine Schere und ein scharfes Messer bei der Ausstattung. - Die Waschmaschine ist sehr gut, leider gibt es aber keinen Wäscheständer. Die Anweisung für Check-In und Check-Out könnten vorher ausführlicher kommuniziert werden. Wir mussten bei Check-Out länger warten, weil das Zimmer noch geprüft werden musste. Aber wie gesagt, dass sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten.

Clean, cozy, with a hot tube. Good spot to get around the city. Easy and quick communication with host. Enjoy!

I’ve never had a host that responds as fast as Anh. I had flight troubles on arrival and communicated in advance and she was very helpful and had great patience. I’m already recommending my friends to stay here if they visit. I have no complaints. Please be mindful you don’t get some amenities as hotel guests such as a towel to the pool but there are plenty of linens available. If I come back to Danang this is my first choice.

숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 사진과 동일합니다. 관리가 아주 잘 된 느낌을 받았습니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하고 신속하게 응대하여 편안한 숙박이 되었습니다. 주거지역이라 시끄럽지도 않고 주위에 레스토랑이나 카페, 베이커리도 많아서 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있 었어요. 다음에도 또 오고 싶네요.

Потрясающий хозяин. Все показал, рассказал, объяснил. Был учтив, все было просто супер. Проживание было максимально комфортным. Все что нужно было в номере. Никто не беспокоил и я смог максимально насладиться отдыхом. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Супер 🫶🏻🔥

必要な物は全て用意されており、とても清潔で快適に滞在ができました。 部屋に入ると美しいクリスマスツリーが輝いており、ホストに歓迎されている事を実感できました。 シャワーの温度や水圧も問題なく、排水もスムーズで冬のダナンでもすぐに温まる事ができました。 立地が素晴らしく、次にダナンに訪れる際もまた宿泊したいと思います。 素敵なお部屋を本当にありがとうございました！
