Holiday rentals with a patio in Hòa Vang

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked just like the photos. It felt comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Breakfast is available every morning, a cleaning service is available, and water or drinks are available at a cheap price in the refrigerator. You can take a taxi from the airport and arrive in 10 minutes. There is a place that sells banh mi right below and a Japanese restaurant next door. It's perfect except there are no grocery stores nearby.

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful, the roof top pool is amazing! We loved the quiet area away from the busy downtown tourist parts. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you for being so amazing :)

The place is a Typical Vietnamese House with a stacked plan. The Living room is on the first floor(or Second) ,ie after climbing 20 steps. and the bedrooms on second and third floor. kitchen/pantry on the top floor. Great place for young fit people with lot of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

It was so nice to stay at Kimi's house for a family trip! The room and bathroom are located privately on each floor, so it is a good independent space. Composition, I used it well as a comfortable accommodation with my family:) The bedroom was also so pleasant that I slept comfortably ~ Kimi's house also had the best bathroom! I rested well and ate well for 3 days without lacking supplies! It was an easy location to get to the main tourist attractions in Da Nang, and it was great that Han Market, shopping streets, and restaurants were all within walking distance!!!! It's really the best accommodation ~ I recommend it to large families of three or more! All four rooms were in such good condition, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, so it was very nice to get together and have a late-night snack!!!! If I come again next time, I hope to use Kimi's house again! Thanks to the kind owner, it was the best trip ~ Thank you:)

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻
