I had a lovely stay from April 12–16. The apartment is cozy, clean, and full of natural light. Everything worked well, and it was peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. Tuấn, the host, was polite, friendly, and always quick to respond. I’m really happy I found this place — it felt like a little home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in the city.

Cozy and ideal for short staycation

Extremely beautiful property and most importantly very kind and responsive just. I’d recommend this place as a perfect stop from the busy central Hanoi. Would a hundred percent come back in the near future.

We stayed at Eco Nest for a month and Natalie was a great host throughout the stay. The room is comfortable and has most of the amenities you would need. The listing was as described. The only temporary downside is the construction next door so if you plan to sleep past 6:30am you'll need some ear plugs. This is outside of the host's control which is understandable. Overall we would recommend this accommodation.

I had a wonderful experience at Bong's Home! The private room is very comfortable, fully furnished and always full of natural light. In particular, I am extremely impressed with the mattress in the bedroom, it is very soft and helps me have a good sleep. I love the neat, clean space and the privacy that the host offers. The hostess is friendly, supportive and respectful of guests' private space. There are quite a lot of utilities, food shops, supermarkets,etc. Bong cat is very good and lovely! Thank you to the hostess for helping me have a totally restful and relaxing weekend. I will come back as well as recommend my friends to come here ❤️

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

Beautiful apartment! It was impeccable on arrival, everything was clean and well organized, no doors and everything was exactly as in the pictures and description. There was an issue with a clogged shower drain and the technician came to fix it within a couple of hours. The host Tuan, is super helpful and attentive. He replied within minutes to every request in an efficient and polite manner. I truly enjoyed my stay in this home away from home apartment. I highly recommend Tuan's place if you need to stay around this area.

When I booked, there were no reviews, so I was a little worried but the host was extremely responsive and enthusiastic. Automatic checkin including instructions for password to the room, elevator, wifi I don't need to ask anything. Clean rooms are fully furnished and like at home.
