We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Host gave detailed instructions on how to check in. Good information interaction. Lovely apartment, clean, full facilities. It is possible to park a car in the building basement (affordable). Near the whole house there is convenient store and space to walk exercise. I will definitely come back when I come to Ho Chi Minh city.

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

This French colonial-style apartment in Saigon is a gem—it is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to give a distinctly local feel. The location is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and the fashionable interior adds a charming, authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both comfort and character. I should also add the host was very kind and quick to respond. I wish I could have stayed here longer!

The hostess answered the message very quickly. The place is very spacious and comfortable, suitable for group of friends or family who like peace, privacy. Will not be too suitable for a group of friends who are active at night and noisy due to a curfew

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.
