Bird spot, take your floats and swim in the shallow fresh water, watch sunrises, sunsets and sailboats, and relax in this mini paradise. Great for pets and families too. There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

Free parking is available next the studio. It's 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, 2 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to Richterswil train station. Richterswil is 27 mins with train/ 25km from Zürich main station.
