High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Dyson fan and air purifier for allergy sufferers are available.

My cozy apartment is located between both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance away from downtown. One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

From Zurich airport by train in 15 minutes. Next to the river, lake, restaurants, cinemas and shopping streets. The small beautiful apartment is located on the second floor, incl. bed, shower, toilet, tv, wifi, kitchen. The host is pleased to advise on restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing at all times.

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. [!!!] PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is on the 4TH FLOOR but NO ELEVATOR.
