Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Our 50m² Ostseemuschel house has two bedrooms and is ideal for 4-5 people. If more people want to arrive, we recommend renting our Ostseeperle house at the same time, which is suitable for 2 more people with a living room/bedroom. About 150m to the beach, beautiful Baltic Sea bay, which only slowly becomes deeper, very good for children. Air conditioning/heating via heat exchanger, fireplace. Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Hohen Wieschendorf in Wismar Bay. The vacation rental is upstairs of our house. In addition to a parking space and a balcony, there is also a sitting area with a folding grill at the pond. Within walking distance, you can reach the Baltic Sea. In a few minutes you can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the Schlossstadt Klütz as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen in a few minutes.

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.
