On the ground floor with a large kitchen, dining table, fireplace and the cozy living area, everyone will find their place. From here you can directly access the large terrace, which is above the water. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The loggia is a magnificent retreat overlooking the Wadden Sea.

Welcome to the loving & modern holiday home "Fritzi" in Tossens. You can expect an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with access to the large balcony), a large south-facing terrace, a light-filled living area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, your own free parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage (lockable), insect screens and blackout options, and individually controllable underfloor heating. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").
