It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

I'm renting out my cozy little home. 5 beds. Possibility to use a fold-out mattress in the living room or sofa bed in the living room. The end-of-row house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to trail systems, shopping, bus/light rail (directly to Aarhus), playground and a short distance to forest and nature. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
