We renovated an old farmhouse in a farming village that produces delicious Hokkaido rice as a private hideaway space. We are currently trying to lead the life of a small farmer in a slightly inconvenient environment, and are continuing to improve the facilities. Please enjoy the entire building and the entire premises. You will procure ingredients in the surrounding area, cook rice over a fire, and cook and eat your own meals. Chop firewood, light a fire in a pot, and take a bath with water boiled by yourself. Experience an inconvenient life in such a troublesome accommodation.

A relaxing space surrounded by rice fields

A 50-year-old house that was renovated in the summer of 2019. All furniture, such as beds and tables, are new. You can also enjoy the natural scenery surrounded by rice fields. If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Taisetsuzan. The water that comes out of the faucet is underground water from Mt. Taisetsuzan. It is safe and delicious drinking water that has undergone water quality testing. You can use the grand piano (YAMAHA C3X espressivo). Parking for up to 4 cars is available free of charge.

Regarding to accommodation fee; We charge 4,000 ¥ a night per adult from 2023. Example if you stay with your 2 friends, You pay 4,000 ¥x 3=12,000¥. and free of charge for infant under 2 years old. ( We apply 3,000 yen for one adult who already booked ) Due to increase of costs additional charge: for breakfast is 500¥ per person and 1,500¥ for dinner per @erson. This meal charge is accepted only cash payment. Room is open space and two beds in 1st floor and 6 in 2nd floor.

We are at country site surrounded by potato fields. You can stay at self-builded straw bale house. We have two singl beds, and very simple cooking facilities, toaster, microwave oven and a refrigerator. Tida House is good for remote work! You can watch movies by Netflix. Log cabin FOR SKI&SNOWBOARDER(for 4-6 people)

Before you come you need to know that this log cabin is located far from the city center of BIEI town. Public transportation is not possible. You need a rent-a-car. Hi! Do you like JAPOW?
