Very nice stay! Everybody was so nice there! Will totally stay again!!

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful - just what we were looking for. The water is in a short walking distance and you'll likely find yourself down at the water for much of the time, as we did. To drive to downtown Rockport, it's about a 12-minute drive. Not too bad.

Had an amazing experience! This was the perfect family-friendly spot. and our host was fantastic with check-in instructions. We loved this place and will be booking again . Thank you had an amazing weekend with my family .

Family get-away was a sucess. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two families staying. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable this place was. It it was in a quiet and private area. My kids enjoyed the pool. My husband and son enjoyed the pier being close, they went fishing. Pet friendly, we were able to take our fur baby last minute. Washer and dryer are a plus, especially for my sister in-law that had 4 littles, definitely helped us too. Very pleased with Leslie, she responded to my questions immediately. I highly recommend.

Host (Josh) was very quick to send out a pool guy to clean the pool when we got there. He sent his pool guy out within the hour after we notified him that the pool was “a little cloudy”. This was really the only issue we had while staying there. Everything is centrally located and the home itself is kept in “Pristine” condition! We would definitely recommend this rental home for a small family.

We had an excellent stay at Jay's property for a large family trip. Property was exactly as advertised and completely met or exceeded our expectations. All the provided accessories (beach chairs, toys, kitchen utensils, etc) were a fantastic bonus to the stay. Having the provided golf cart ready to go makes the entire process even more seamless not having to go to a separate rental location. We absolutely plan to stay again next year if possible!

Only issue. Could not access WiFi. Everything else was greats

Great place to get away an relax. House had everything you need from pool floats and kayaks to charcoal grill dishes and toiletries. House was very clean and well maintained. Fishing dock was great with crab cages and cleaning station and green lights for night fishing. All the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be to have a bathroom downstairs near the pool. Kristen made everything easy for check in and check out. 10 out of 10 will be going back.

When we got there it was so hot outside but when we got in the place was so nice and cool. Don had turned the air-conditioning on for us. He was very reponsive with anything we needed. Would stay again. We were very relaxed the whole time we were there

A big thank you to Paul. This cottage was perfect for our stay and provided easy access to the bay which is ideal for younger kids and adults u like to just chill in the water. Very quite neighborhood with great fishing less than 200 meters away.

Our stay was relaxing everything described on the website was accurate, it actually was better in person. This was my first stay at a Airbnb and it didn’t disappoint I am now afraid to stay anywhere else 😊. Benjamin was an excellent host we will be back for sure.

I really appreciated Kristie’s cabin design and her thoughtfulness in color scheme. I’m an art person so I really value those things—being surrounded by a beautiful space matters. She was very helpful when I couldn’t quite figure out where the cabin was. Very nice people and quick response time “. Will definitely book with her again next time I am in Rockport.

Debbie's place was perfect for my wife and I. Location was private and only a 5 min drive into town. Debbie was very thoughtful and even left us some flowers since we were celebrating our anniversary. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that's looking to stay in Rockport!

My husband randomly decided we should take a trip to Corpus Christi on Thursday night. I was in a panic but thankfully I found this listing! I’m so glad we were able to book here on such short notice! The house was clean and was prepared for us to make our late arrival on Friday night. They had the lights on for us and gave us clear instructions on how to check in. We loved the privacy of the gate, my sons ran around and enjoyed all the outdoor games that were available. My favorite was definitely the bedroom. It’s always hard for me to find listings where the family can stay in one room but when I do, they stay in my LOVES folder. With two wild boys (7&4) on the spectrum, who wonder off, it’s such a relief to be able to all sleep in the same room. With that also being said, the house was also very safe! I did not have to “baby proof” anything for my boys. The doors had latches which was such a huge plus for us. All in all, we can’t wait to be back!

#1 the house was super clean and fresh. The location couldn't be better, you are within minutes of everything you need or want to do in Rockport. The back yard is large and great for throwing a ball for your furry friends. Lots of squirrels to watch. The house has a great layout, the rooms have great space and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is cozy and everyone is extremely friendly, and the peacocks, yes peacocks, are the neighborhood gems. Plus, the host Leo, nicest person ever, and we had the opportunity to meet his cleaning crew, they are super nice and amazing! I could only wish that every place we stay was as well done as this one. Very pleased, we hope that we were good renters for Leo, because this is the only place I would want to stay next time we are in Rockport. Awesome place.

Awesome place had everything we needed and then some

The house was very nice and Amy was great with her instructions and communication. The kitchen was very well-equipped and open which is nice. Bathrooms are spotless. Had a hose for washing off the boat, which is very convenient if you need that. There is a bay view and much closer to water than I thought. Walked down to the water and it was peaceful. I would highly recommend and hopefully it will be open when I come down next time. Thank you Amy!!

LOVED this place - the neighborhood is so peaceful & the canal view is beautiful. We had everything we needed at the house and really spent most of our time in Rockport just hanging out at the Airbnb. Perfect place for fishing and relaxation, especially if you’re wanting to bring your pups along. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a really nice time at Melody’s house! It was super clean, and she even dropped off a hair dryer in the rain bc the bath was missing one! Excellent response time, and very caring host! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay and are very thankful to Kelly for letting us stay in her Airbnb. The house was in a great location, the neighborhood was easy to find and very peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor seating in the backyard, we used it all the nights we stayed. We were a bit confused with 2 of the bathrooms being in the master but made it work. We would definitely stay again and recommend to other friends. Kelly was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Location is great and house well appointed. We had everything we needed and it is very roomy. Betty was very quick to answer any questions, etc. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and one of the bedrooms. The actual bedroom setups are different than the description. There is a downstairs bedroom with a double/queen (I'm not sure which), upstairs there is one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one with double/queen size and finally the master with a king bed. There is a full bath in the hall and a large master bath with big shower. If bed size matters to your group, know that there are not 2 king beds. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others. We would definitely rent this space again if we have a group going to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, it's so peaceful and the property is very cozy. Our host Stephen was resposive and friendly at all times. We hope to come back soon.
