Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Fantastic Downtown Loft

Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed, and one has a full bottom/twin top bunk bed. Shower/tub combo full bath.
