The cottage is not for those looking for luxury, but it is a really great place if you need, for example, (even longer-term) accommodation in the peace of the countryside, but close to services. The cottage has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and an upstairs with sleeping space. A few hundred meters away, there is a public and very peaceful beach. Contrary to the pictures, this is only the main building - there is no outdoor sauna!

A little home

The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In summer, handy electric bikes are available for rent from the nearby parking lot. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooling facilities. The private peaceful yard has apple and plum trees. In summer, you can pick raspberries on top of the porridge, or when autumn comes, you can spin an apple pie from the yard's omput or just lie in a hammock.

A lovely, small cottage on the shores of the clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and the nature and scenery are unparalleled. Go to the sauna, swim, jump in the pool or go on a canoe trip. Or just whistle in the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite steep, so it is not suitable for very small children. The hot tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linen and towels are ready in the cottage. You can get to the yard by car. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
