A peaceful cabin in the woods and right by the lake. Comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchen, rather dated furnishings but that just adds to the charms. Views from the kitchen table of the surrounding farmland and woods. The lake was lovely with swans and water lilies but too shallow and muddy to swim. Can recommend walking in the Laipanmaa hiking area and the swimming lake at Pälkäne. Karoliina was very helpful, thank you.

The visit was really nice. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of things to do. We could not complete it in 3 days. Very much child friendly.

The house was in an excellent location, there were jogging trails with dogs. Everything went smoothly and smoothly.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Sohvi's home. She was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. Communication was quick and friendly! I was in town for the Ironman event and the expo/village area was a 15min walk away. Grocery store is a 5 min walk. Location is quiet, clean, and well kept. I would not hesitate to stay again if I make my way back to Lahti again.

Spacious, clean, and peaceful apartment. Communicating with the host was easy. We visited Vääksy for a wedding, so special thanks for the earlier check-in. Our wedding party had plenty of time to change clothes and get ready for the party.

We had a great time at Ollis’ house. The accomodation was amazing, even better than our expectations. Ollis made check-in and check-out procedures extremely easy. We loved the surroundings. The area is very beautiful and the ski tracks were a few hundred metres from the house. Thanks again for hosting us, we hope to come back again!

We've had an amazing experience over the weekend at the house. The place was clean, in peace and surrounded by forest and singing birds. Everything inside the house worked. I would enjoy another stay at the house anytime.

A peaceful accommodation in a beautiful rural setting The accommodation space fully corresponded to the description given, and the environment was very peaceful. The sauna and the tub were in excellent condition, and there was plenty of firewood available. After the sauna, an efficient air heat pump provided cooling indoors, which increased living comfort. The loft window could be opened, but the curtain rod needed to be reinforced, as it did not stay in place properly. In addition, we found that the hob is sensitive to touch - the controls can be accidentally hit when moving around the kitchen, so it is worth taking into account. If you have pets, especially cats, we recommend that you prepare for possible hiding places, such as under the stairs, at the base of the chimney or under the sauna benches. It is a good idea to keep the sauna door closed so that pets cannot find hiding places in difficult places.

Successful 70th birthday crew visit Villa Marin! The space was adequate, in the summertime the yard would have been able to enjoy even more. We got good steam in the sauna, and we found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The host's memories for the birthday hero were delighted.

Host Olli Pekka very receptive and just like the ad. Very nice place despite the cold period we experienced. Traditional wood sauna, indoor toilet without running water is the only disturbing point. Recommended

I think this place is the nobility of city apartments. The apartment has a really good bed, TV, blackout curtains, other equipment. Beautifully decorated and all services within walking distance. Despite the central location, the house is quiet and the sounds of traffic were only heard a little (with the balcony door closed, of course). Price-quality ratio is good. In warmer weather, it is advisable to keep the blinds down and closed during the day, otherwise the temperature in the apartment will rise to a hot level.

Nice beautiful little cottage by the lake, which was neat and compact. It was easy to dive into the lake and it was really shallow, which was well suited for swimming with a child. We were able to play😊 cottage games in the yard, a beautiful and peaceful area in the heart of nature!

The accommodation was wonderful! Cozy, nice and rustic. The sauna provided good steam and the bedroom was great for sleeping. The surroundings were peaceful and welcoming. Viivi responded to messages quickly and the reception was warm and pleasant. Definitely a place and host worth recommending ☺️

We had a lovely 3 day stay here and just didn’t want to leave,it was so calm and peaceful, gave us time to relax and recharge and enjoy each others company after a busy few days around Helsinki. The days just flew by with kayaking, rowing, sauna, dips in the lake and BBQ’s etc, we loved the rustic charm of the cabin and facilities and never got board of the amazing Lakeland view.

Beautiful location, very peaceful. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Cleanliness could be slightly better as there were lots of traces of dogs. Better curtains to block the light downstairs would also have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great.
