Enjoy lovely Höllviken in this centrally-located and newly-built guest house! The guest house is an attic house of 30 m2 plus 10 m2 sleeping loft and has its own parking, private entrance and private patio that is protected from view and separated from the rest of the residential house's garden. We offer a private and peaceful accommodation on a quiet street with a cozy and lush garden with proximity to both beach, shopping and restaurants. The accommodation consists of a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a sleeping loft.

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

På helt unikt läge ligger denna nyrenoverade sjöstuga med tillgång till eget SPA med havsutsikt! Stugan ligger på Lilla Hammarsnäs 22 km utanför Höllviken. Området är känt för sin rika natur och kultur. Stugan är ca 30 kvm och är utrustad med litet pentry (kokplattor och liten ugn), kyl och frys, stort matbord och en säng 160 cm och lämpar sig därför för 1-2 personer. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Tillgång till SPA ingår. Städning ingår ej. Bastu finns ej. Kajaker och roddbåt kan hyras
