Perfect place to stay in downtown Wilmington! Minutes to the riverwalk amongst beautiful historic homes. Our stay was quiet and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

My stay was great. The fishing was good even though I didn't catch the big one😄. Very quiet area. inside was really cute and accommodating for two people. It was a fun trip. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

We had a great stay! The place was perfect for a short weekend in town while dropping off our new Marine to MCT. It was close to the beach and grocery store. The house had comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, easy to use washer and dryer, and super clean bathrooms.

This house is very neat and tidy. All appliances were clean and worked. The kitchen and living room are very large. Perfect if you have a family with you. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. There is an outdoor screened patio and a grill. It is a very nice place to stay!

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

The home was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach access. It was well-stocked with plenty of beach supplies, which our group of 8 really appreciated. Having an EV charger available was also a huge plus. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Brian was very responsive and provided helpful information ahead of our trip.

This place was amazing! Aurelie made sure we had all the information we needed! Even numbers to contact in certain emergencies! There is first aid kits and emergency lights in the home! I appreciated how prepared she is incase of any emergency! The home is very clean and pristine! It makes you feel right at home! There is just about everything you could possibly need! This place was perfect and we will definitely be coming back!

We booked this Airbnb last minute and the morning of we were told at like 8 AM we could check in whenever so check-in was flexible. When we got there, the place was very clean and really pretty. I liked all the colors and it had a very beachy feel. I don’t know how to describe it but it smelled and felt like a home. You can use hotspot for the tv which is what we did to watch some shows because it did rain the days we were there. We did end up going to the beach when it was raining and that was fun. If there were any problems at all, Robb was very fast to respond. The only cons are there is no Wi-Fi but I still give five stars because there’s lots of other things to do then be on Wi-Fi, and the water smells like sulfur but it wasn’t that bad. I wish I could give this place more stars. It deserves it and we will be back! Thanks for having us 😊

Located just outside of Surf City this home was perfect for our beach vacation. For a family of four this home provided the space and amenities needed for a home away from home! Jackie was so welcoming and helpful. She had a gift basket made for our kids and a card thanking us for choosing her home! Along with great recommendations for food and fun! The space had all the amenities needs for a week’s stay! Our kids enjoyed the shark tooth pit while we relaxed in the chairs and enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood! 10/10 for this stay and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved the condo and the location could not be more perfect! Short walk to the beach and pool, and a 4 minute drive to anything you could need!

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying meals with that stunning view was priceless. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with Antoinette was excellent; she was attentive and kind throughout our stay. The atmosphere truly inspired me to cook and relax, and we created some beautiful memories here. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

You cannot beat the location of this condo! We were able to leave our car parked in the deck for the entirety of our stay and walk everywhere in downtown. The amenities were a bit sparse, but the bed was quite comfy. The balcony was absolute perfection! We ate most of our meals out on the balcony.

The view is incredible from the balcony. We had coffee out there every morning, and my husband even spotted a dolphin! The location is amazing! The condo is walkable to so many delicious restaurants. We took nightly walks after dinner along the Riverwalk. The hosts always responded so quickly, and added nice touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine and candies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. We stayed for our anniversary weekend it was very peaceful and quiet. They send us recommendation before our visit that helped planned ahead. The condo is very accessible and just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!
