Just 2 miles from Surf City beaches and close to coffee shops, parks, mini golf, and local favorites, this cozy upstairs townhome is designed for easy, memorable beach trips full of fun and relaxation. New studio /efficiency located in attached guesthouse above the garage. This is a private space with a separate entrance centrally located in Wilmington. Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. This rental is well appointed with small kitchenette (no oven), full bathroom and king size bed. 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.
