The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! I would like to stay at this place again!

We had such a great vacation. The house was like our own mini resort. There was so much to do for both adults and children. It’s so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We look forward to staying again soon!

I had a great stay! The place offered way more than I expected. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were such thoughtful additions, especially for families. The private garden was a lovely spot to relax. It's very close to Walmart and also quite near the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen essentials for baking, like a proper oven tray or parchment paper. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Pictures don't do this home justice, everything was immaculate and beds were extremely comfortable. Very quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen had everything u needed, it was updated and essential seasonings and such were provided. Christina is the best host, so helpful and responded immediately with any questions. She provides the most informative guest book with details about the house, pool, and hot tub for instructions. Along with restaurants for different budgets and activites for your vacation. I look forward to coming back, and would stay at any of her homes listed on AirBnB. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else, better than a five star hotel!

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

The hosts were flexible and graciously allowed some date changes. Self check in was a breeze. As a guy who removes shoes indoors, I loved how absolutely clean this home was! Floors, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless! The unit was well appointed and well maintained (far far better than the average Airbnb), making it easy to cook. We noticed that the washer was tagged as out of order one day and replaced super quickly, showing how attentive the hosts are to their property. I wish all properties were managed to this standard! We really felt at home here!

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

1 Block Away from the beach , definitely a prime location ! Comes with parking which is great luckily we didn’t need to leave often cause it can get tricky definitely take a small car. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella which was helpful. It’s a studio which was perfectly fine for us , full equipment kitchen to cook.

It rained majority of our trip so most of our time was spent inside the unit. It was very spacious, comfortable and had mostly everything you needed to feel at home. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. I really appreciate Angel and Alejandro hospitality throughout the stay and quickness to answer my questions. Little points to consider; the shower pressure was good until you turned it to warm then it became very low. Wanted to warm some food up in the oven but couldn’t find any baking dishes/pans to use so ended up having to use the microwave. Also, wish there were more options on the TV. We were stuck inside most of the time due to the rain and traveling with a baby so next time we will probably have to travel with our Firestick as not many options. Overall great place and the view even in the rain was 10/10.

Great stay the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in process was easy and the home looks exactly as pictured. Very clean , spacious and great amenities. I would def recommend staying here and I will be staying again in the future!

Olga was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with during the stay. Was able to accommodate early check in and out for us with our crazy flight plans. Location is perfect, just short walk from great food and shopping and on the quieter end of the broadwalk. Can’t wait to visit again, I’ll be staying here!

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.
