This dog friendly converted church is is typically available April to October each year. It is set in its own grounds (Yes that includes a graveyard and bell tower!) and consists of 2 large reception areas, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ( one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside the property is on the banks of River Frome and close to the Jurassic coast. Most of Dorset's main attractions are within 5 miles and all 30 mins by car.

Full of original character, the 145-year-old cottage has been renovated and extended into a wonderful home.

Located on the edge of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) our home and adjoining annexe sit in tranquil, leafy surroundings. You will have direct access onto the SSSI heathland where you will find a variety of wildlife including deer, foxes, sand lizzards and nightjars. We are a 5 minute drive from the convenience of Wareham town and have many beautiful landmarks, beaches and attractions nearby.

A cosy, one bedroom ground-floor apartment in the beautiful Saxon town of Wareham. Enjoy a King size bed, shower-bath and open plan lounge and kitchen with a private decked garden area. Driveway for one vehicle is available and we are just a 5 minute walk from Wareham train station. (10 minute walk to town centre) The local beauty spot of Wareham Forest is also just a short walk away and there is access to the garden to keep your bicycles safe if you're planning on a pedal-away.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
