Beach house holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

Stellar location very close to the beach and multiple great restaurants and shops. Our kids had no problem going off on their own for coffee or food. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

House was amazing, we had concerns with the recovery from hurricane but you couldn't really tell anything had happened while at this home. Mgmt company was great with communication in every way and even let us in a little early which was much appreciated. Check-out was easy, not much to do per instructions. There's a crow or raven or some black bird that comes and steals all your golf balls so if you plan to putt, I'd hide the golf balls when you're done. We saw it grab a ball, take it to the palm tree in the back left and then carry it over towards the roof somewhere. Bird needs a creative nickname, lol. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. Our kids loved the pool and the set up. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was easy to find. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!!!

Excellent accommodations super close to the beach and many places to eat. The home felt like a second home with all needs met. The backyard was an oasis and the pool was delightful! The host was quick to respond and I would highly recommend.

10 of us stayed at Jeff and Ingrid’s and it was perfect! The house was beautiful, plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The location was great for walking to shops or beach! Loved the outdoor area! Perfect to unwind after the beach or dinner. We will be back!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

Very roomy unit. Location was great for teenagers as they can easily walk and ride bikes to shops and restaurants. Even though it is right in the middle of everything it was very quiet inside. Ted was a great host and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The pool was nice and clean. The back yard is shaded which was really nice after a long day at the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay at this special home. Excellent location. Perfectly laid out and well designed home. Really appreciated the separate patio area to the pool area which was very safe with kids. Walk to coffee, restaurants and beach. Quick golf cart ride around the island. 10/10 recommend!

Pepper Tree exceeded our expectations! We have a 6 month old grandson and the proximity to the beach was delightful and the covered pool allowed us to utilize it throughout the day! The home was cozy and beautifully appointed! We loved our stay there and will DEFINITELY come back!! ❤️

We had an amazing week at Cindy's shell house. It was very clean, just as described and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the garage was packed with beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the peaceful location. Basically had the beach to ourselves & saw manatee and dolphins swimming close to the shore. The sunsets were beautiful and we were sad when it was time to come back home. Would highly recommend & Cindy was a pleasure to speak with!!

We had a great experience and we would absolutely stay again. Very walkable to the beach but it was hard to leave the back yard pool area bc of how beautiful and private it was! Great communication and instructions and had a very seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our family beach weekend! The location is right around the corner from the beach and it was fully stocked with beach essentials. The pool area was the ideal place to come back and relax. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.
