House holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

This was a great stay for our first family vacation. Beach within easy walking distance, restaurants easy to get to, plenty of shopping and amenities were spot on. We dunno what mattresses they have but we’re far better than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Made getting acclimated much better and easier.

We LOVED the Captain’s Quarters at Spinnakers cottages. I feel like we totally lucked out. Everything was grand; it had everything we needed from a comfy place to sleep, to being well stocked for cooking. The outside table and sitting area was just beautiful and I loved having some little friends out there too- a friendly little lizard and the mourning doves. The kids loved the pool, and everyone was super friendly in the other cottages. It was just a great atmosphere. The location could not be any better too. The walk to the beach was super easy and after realizing I left some beach gear at home by accident, the beach locker had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants. Great memories were made and everyone in my family had a wonderful time. It was our first time to AMI and I had no idea what to expect. Now, I can only dream of next time!

As they say, location, location, location! Only a few minutes from the beach, Curt's house was a great place to stay for our Girl's Trip! Many in our group went to the beach two or three times a day, so the location was perfect. We also liked that it was in a residential area, so the traffic and noise wasn't bad at all. It was also very close to a southbound Trolley stop. The beds were comfy, and many a night we spent outdoors enjoying the seating area he has downstairs. He had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes for use. Plus, two fishing poles with some tackle. Also, the new washer and dryer were great, and with five ladies, we needed them! His recommendation of Hurrican Hanks was great, and we ended up going there twice. We also loved The Donut Experience on Pine St in Anna Maria. One early morning we even saw a Possum wandering the neighborhood. Overall it was a perfect spot for our beach vacation. Thank you!

Excellent accommodations super close to the beach and many places to eat. The home felt like a second home with all needs met. The backyard was an oasis and the pool was delightful! The host was quick to respond and I would highly recommend.

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

Wonderful stay at this special home. Excellent location. Perfectly laid out and well designed home. Really appreciated the separate patio area to the pool area which was very safe with kids. Walk to coffee, restaurants and beach. Quick golf cart ride around the island. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay for quick access to the beach and a pool. Me and my wife stayed for a week and loved it for our get away. Nice island. Was pretty packed but it was spring break so that might’ve been why.

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! Thank you so much for everything!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

Our stay was fabulous, everything on the villa was brand new after the terrible hurricanes the previous year and we were the lucky first ones to stay there. Our hosts Allan & Kathy were beyond welcoming and friendly and so helpful in many, many ways! Location was perfect, steps to the beach and also walking distance to great bars and food. We can’t wait to return and spend more evenings sat out the back watching the geckos, thank you so much Allan & Kathy.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The house was clean and cozy. Everything we needed for our stay was included- beach stuff, fully loaded kitchen and laundry on site which was so helpful! The pool was smaller then we thought BUT with the beach so close, we didn't even use the pool. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time here for spring break! Particular things we loved: the pool was private - only shared amongst the four apartments. It was never crowded for us which was great. The location is also fantastic, only a very short walk from the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely consider again for future trips to AMI! We had an amazing week at Cindy's shell house. It was very clean, just as described and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the garage was packed with beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the peaceful location. Basically had the beach to ourselves & saw manatee and dolphins swimming close to the shore. The sunsets were beautiful and we were sad when it was time to come back home. Would highly recommend & Cindy was a pleasure to speak with!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a beautiful little oasis—perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Leah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Kris ha sido un excelente anfitrión. Nos quedamos con mi marido y dos niños (6 y 8 anos) se encuentra a solo dos cuadras de la Playa lo que le da una ubicación excelente. Es muy recomendable para ir con niños porque la piscina y el jacuzzi le dan un after beach genial ! Tiene una barbacoa excelente que disfrutamos en nuestras cenas . Kris fue muy amable de dejarnos hacer un late check out porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde así que un diez todo. Seguramente volveremos !! Vale cada centavo . No duden en quedarse con Kris que es una persona maravillosa. Thank you very much Kris ! We spend a wonderful time in your house and we take a great memories . We will be back !

We had a great experience and we would absolutely stay again. Very walkable to the beach but it was hard to leave the back yard pool area bc of how beautiful and private it was! Great communication and instructions and had a very seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our family beach weekend! The location is right around the corner from the beach and it was fully stocked with beach essentials. The pool area was the ideal place to come back and relax. We will definitely be coming back!
