Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

We enjoyed our visit to TwinPalms very much! The home was in a wonderful location on the island! The home is beautiful, and is equipped with anything you may need! Kathleen was so very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and made our visit seamless! The love and effort Kathleen puts into your visit could not go unnoticed! Had an amazing stay at this home from the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt amazing. Walking distance to a lot of things. The host left plenty of recommendations in a binder and also beach chairs and umbrellas for guest to use. When I return back to Ami I would definitely rent from this host again

We came for 5 days for a close friend’s wedding at the sandbar on AMI. I can’t say enough good things about this little gem. Everything is brand new from appliances to furniture. The kitchen is beautiful. It’s nice and cozy , very peaceful and quiet. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything. Shops restaurants beaches you name it and it was all within walking distance or a quick Uber ride . Katya thought of everything from beach chairs, towels and Even games for little kids to play with. I’ll definitely be coming back to Anna Maria island and if this place is available I’ll gladly stay here over and over again . Thanks Katya !

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

Wonderful place. Perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, two kids and a toddler). Numerous aspects of the home that made it exceptional—lots of beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, wagons, coolers, etc), outdoor shower to rinse off, bikes, plus everything you need in kitchen to cook. The beach is about a three to five minute walk and is spectacular—absolutely gorgeous. There is a southbound trolley stop across the street from the home, as well. About a fifteen minute walk to the shops on Pine Ave, which we enjoyed taking each morning. Minh’s home is beautiful and nicely furnished. She was always responsive and very nice each time I reached out. We had a fantastic time at this house and on AMI and will be returning as soon as possible.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

This is my second time in Tampa, and I knew I had to book here again. The place it’s as shown, everything clean, the A/C it’s wonderful and the bed it’s confy. I like it how it’s close to everything, the supermarket, cvs, etc. Definetely i will stay here for my next trips.

This condo was perfect for our family. She had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The condo was very clean! It was perfectly located on a dead-end street, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Centrally located to restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. Just a short walk to the beach! The pool was one of our favorite amenities. Monika’s place made our first trip to Anna Maria amazing and memorable. Thank you, Monika!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Great spot, reasonably priced, very clean and cozy. The location is fantastic and just off the beach. Conveniently located near grocery, restaurants, etc. Anna Maria Island is amazing, can’t recommend enough.
