Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Holmes Beach

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The refrigerator and stove were clean. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful and convenient. Our only negative was that our mattress was very hard and the birds were chirping non-stop. Also, the hot tub didn’t get hot enough but it was pristine, just like the pool. We were close to several beaches and many stores. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place, especially for families.

This house was a fabulous find. We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities in the home and on the area. Perfectly located among the most convenient yet private of the area. Stephanie was very attentive to any questions we had. We loved it.

The accommodations were very clean, AC worked great, comfortable bed and couch. All we needed was there and the area was very peaceful. Close to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely consider for next time in the area, Thank you Bettina

Fantastic stay at Cottage on Pine! Definitely will be back in the future. Location is great, walking distance to all popular restaurants/coffee. Short walk to the beach. House was very clean & as described. Overall, great vacation house to meet all yours needs. Host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a great time! The house and pool are awesome. And the location is great! Walk to the beach, the Ugly Grouper, bait shop, convenience store, fresh seafood store, etc. Hosts are proactive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with the family. Lots to do at the house to keep little ones, teens and adults entertained. The place is not far from the beach at all unless it is on Saturday when everyone is checking in or out of their rentals. Keep that in mind for your beach adventures. Otherwise, super close to everything!!! Nathan had everything there for you. Beach towels! Kitchen essentials! Very nice rental! Would stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at "Topside" in Cortez Village — the perfect cozy retreat for our first trip with our 5-month-old son. From fresh orange juice in the fridge to bathrobes, extra linens, and top-notch water pressure in the showers, the home was full of thoughtful touches. There’s even an outdoor hose for rinsing off sandy feet and a full set of beach gear — including everything we needed for an infant at the beach. Elaine was a dream host — warm, welcoming, and super accommodating. She made check-in/check-out flexible for us and generously offered extra freezer space for breast milk, which made a big difference in our comfort. Location-wise, this place is a gem. You're a 5-minute walk to three great seafood restaurants, and just over the bridge from Anna Maria Island. Cortez Village offers a peaceful, “old Florida” feel — close to the action, but quiet and relaxed. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Elaine, for helping make such a special family memory.

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

Kevin’s place looked just like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. He was very responsive with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The space was available early on check-in day, which he was very kind to let us know we could enjoy an extra couple hours at his place.

This place is really nice and very accommodating, especially since I have a service animal. The only thing that would make it better is if they provided bicycles.

Amanda was an amazing host—communication was fast, clear, and super helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool. It was beautifully maintained and peaceful. The provided beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart—was such a thoughtful touch. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking with Amanda again. Highly recommend!

Maria’s place is fantastic. Great location, easy check in, exactly as described. The outdoor space is amazing. Lots of attention to detail with the outdoor lighting and the pool area. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a wagon for the beach. Well stocked inside and out. Very comfortable we highly recommend and would definitely return.

This was our first trip to AMI and we were not familiar with the area. This duplex is perfectly located right across from the ugly grouper, lots of shops, and a few other restaurants and bars. The beach was a quick walk. There were a few issues with the hot tub heating up and wifi, but Lori was very responsive and tried to assist. The space is great you just need to bring everything for cleaning up and cooking. Typical rental with no coffee filters, spices, etc. There are 3 beach chairs, a wagon and lots of beach towels. Definitely will visit again.

This is a great location, short walk to a beautiful beach and great food. The facility was great for two retired couples with private areas for both. Be aware that the Murphy bed is not in an area that can be closed off, it is open with the closet occupied by the washer and dryer. We had a few minor issues but Carmen was very responsive and we also had a local phone number for anything urgent.

We were very pleased and happy with the rental house. Fabulous location 8 house from very quiet beach access. House was well stocked and very clean. Many restaurants within easy drive. Golf cart rental from very close-by rental co. provided to us by friend was perfect for exploring the island.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Airbnb! Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants around. We plan on coming back!

My family and I have been coming to AMI for several years and this home was by far our favorite! This beach retreat is tucked away so you don’t get any traffic noises. The home, decor, furniture are updated, cute, clean, and all give all the beachy vibes! We really enjoyed having both front and back porches. There are beach toys, bikes, chairs, wagon, goggles, etc. We rented the brand new 6-passenger golf cart - it was fully loaded and so perfect! Maggie checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure we were comfortable and having an enjoyable time. If I could give this home (and host) 10 stars, I would for sure!! I also cannot forget to mention that we had 5 females in our group and we NEVER ran out of hot water! That’s never happened 😆 We’re all thrilled with our stay and didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s! I’ve never communicated so much with a host but she was just so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions! It felt like I was staying at a friends’. We loved our accommodations and I’m picky! Everything was well thought out, super clean and very cozy! The view to the harbor was awesome and our fishing excursion picked us up right at our dock! We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Mimi will make sure everything is perfect!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was a great location to the beach and to downtown, easily walkable. We would definitely recommend this place. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. Great space to put all our things, good counter and drawer space and I love all the hooks around the apartment to hand stuff easily. Loved this place!

We had a great week I. Holmes beach staying at Elissa’s place. Short walk to the ocean and a short drive to everything else in the island. Close enough to Bradenton that driving up to spring training games was easy but had the beautiful beaches, wildlife and relaxation on none baseball days. Thank you for a great spring break
