Big house with 7 bedrooms Well suited for both businesses and families. The residence is a former prayer house/church. Converted to housing with the help of Sinnasnekkeren in 2016. Plenty of space inside and outside. Parking for many cars. Large outdoor area with porches, grills, play equipment, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Jacuzzi available all year. The pool is heated by the sun only and is in use during June-August. The place can be rented in both the short and long term. Get in touch! :-)

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

This bright and warm apartment is on the garden floor of a charming wooden house, adjoining, with beautiful views on the Drammen fjord. The living room is equipped with a wood stove, sofa, dining table, desk and a single bed. It has direct access to a large terrace overlooking the garden. The bedroom has this same beautiful view on the fjord. It has a double bed (140cm) and a large dressing room. The bathroom is newly renovated, with underfloor heating and Italian shower.

Enjoy 360 degree views at the top of Holm in Sande Short way to the beach. There are cycle paths to both Sande center (4km) and Holmestrand (12 km) Please note that there is a long staircase up to the property from the parking lot.
