With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays. Discounts on 3+ nights bookings.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Fairfield Snug - Ashover Village Super King/Twin

Set in the heart of Ashover, Fairfield Snug is adjacent to Stamp, our coffee shop and the village Post Office. The Snug comprises of a generous en-suite room with private access which can be set up as either a super king bed or two full size single beds. Conveniently located for many wonderful places to visit in the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District, Ashover is a lovely village with three pubs all within just a few minutes walk. Breakfast is available in Stamp Monday - Saturday from 9am.

Romantic Derbyshire Cottage, Roll Top Bath

Cedar Cottage is a beautifully restored one-bedroom stone cottage on our smallholding near Crich, in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside and just a short drive from the Peak District. Designed exclusively for couples, it's the perfect spot for romantic getaways, special celebrations or simply slowing down together. Relax by the cosy fire, soak in the freestanding roll-top bath beside the bed and watch the sun set behind Crich Stand from your private patio. A peaceful, adults-only escape.

The Matlock Snug: Private Apartment, Log Burner

Set in the heart of Matlock Bank conservation area, this private apartment will help you switch off and reset - 800m walk into Matlock, 10 mins drive to the National Peak District Park. Step through your private entrance to a cosy snug with dry kitchenette, a serene bedroom with log burner and luxurious furnishings, and a secluded terrace for slow mornings and quiet evenings. Designed for couples or solo travellers looking to properly switch off - not suited to busy stays. Pets welcome.

A perfect base for walking, visiting stately homes including Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, cycling or just simply relax and enjoy the endless unspoilt countryside. A short 10 minute drive to the Market Town of Chesterfield, with many bars, cafes, shops & cinema. Or 15 minute drive to Bakewell and other Peak District attractions. The Cow Shed is a luxury property, recently restored and converted to a very high standard which is available as a 1 bedroom property, with hot tub.

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down in one of the friendly local pubs.
