Set within 52 acres of countryside at Meadow View Country Park with camping, glamping & caravans. New amenities open throughout the autumn from play area to on-site shop & bar. Our carp fishing lake is open plus stables with resident animals for petting & feeding. The New Forest National Park is just a 20m drive away (we love Burley) as are beach side walks from Alum Chine near Bournemouth to Sandbanks. Attractions such as Peppa Pig World, Monkey World and the Jurassic Coast are within 30-40m.

The private decking will let you unwind whilst taking in the local wildlife and enjoying views of the local countryside. There are endless footpaths on your doorstep and the local pub a 10 min walk & Farm cafe a 20 min walk. Close to Wimborne Minster with beaches,30 mins and The New Forest is 15 mins by car. Fast wifi and space to work for business. Ideal for New Forest, Sandbanks, Brownsea, Hengistbury Head, the Jurassic Coast and more! You need a car to get around!

no 3 The Old Dairy

Open to guests since 2013, no 3 The Old Dairy is a delightful country retreat for two. Set in a small farm on the edge a tiny hamlet, the cottage is comfortable and well equipped with views across the fields. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are in a 'dark skies' location - plenty of stars. Only 5 miles from Wimborne, 8 miles from The New Forest and 12 miles from Sandbanks this is an ideal base for exploring Dorset and Hampshire. Perfect for a weekend away or longer stay.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Tucked away in a pretty cottage garden, this cosy 4 Star 17th century thatched cottage makes a lovely holiday retreat. A 20 minute walk takes you to the delightful market town of Wimborne Minster. Just a short drive away, is the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with its miles of sandy beaches leading to the Purbecks for stunning coastal walks. We can’t wait to meet you! Deer Park Studio is set in the grounds of our beautiful garden, in the heart of an area of outstanding beauty. A perfect place to explore the New Forest and beaches. Locally we have the village of Cranborne and a selection of places to eat.

Recently refurbished annexe with off-street parking and a private entrance for two guests. The annexe has a King bed, a sitting area with 49" smart HD TV, a separate shower/WC room and a well equipped kitchenette should you want to cook.
