The studio is within the outskirts of the Hever castle estate, near to fantastic countryside walks, pubs and idyllic settings. With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom you can enjoy your own private space away from the hustle and bustle of life. With a private garden to the rear there is ample space to while away an evening in nature. The property offers access to adjacent woodland, boasts off-road parking, security and tranquillity. Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The shepherds hut sits in an untouched enchanted wood over looking the outstanding views of the Ashdown Forest. Come and experience outdoor living with the comfort of luxury, but completely off grid (no electricity). It will be very peaceful with lots of wildlife around. Welcome to our beautiful, unique 18th century barn! The property is complete with a large open space, bathroom and mezzanine level double bedroom. Underfloor heating. Wood burning stove. A piano. We can put a double and single mattress downstairs for large families. Children under 10 are free. Wifi. Private parking and entrance. Seating area outside and garden to share.
