Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Keep it simple at this spacious, peaceful and centrally-located one level ranch house. Walking distance to Martins grocery, Dunkin’, and Burger King, and lot of other restaurants. Yet set on a quiet location only a half a mile from IUP, and less than a mile from IRMC and downtown. Parking directly in front, just a few steps from entrance. Full Kitchen has dishwasher. Shower is super hot with great pressure. Washer/dryer included. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
