We had a great stay in this charming Basque house, ideal for family holidays. The house is spacious, well-equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The environment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect, close to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, San Sebastian and amenities. Thank you to Marie-Hélène and her husband for their warm welcome and availability.

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Tranquility assured. Very relaxing vacation as we wanted, especially with a 2-month-old baby. We appreciated that the house was equipped for the little one. Bernadette is a very nice and friendly host, attentive to her tenants. We hope to return next year. Just a tiny downside for the path that leads to the house. We would recommend this house. Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. We were a group of 4 adults who stayed for three nights in June and found the apartment very clean and accessible to local shop and buses into town. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to help make our stay exceptional. The outside terrace was enjoyed by us for an evening drink and we would love to return as San Sebastián is a lovely place to visit.

Mathieu and Laurence are very friendly and responsive hosts. Good explanations and good follow-up throughout the stay. The apartment is very good for 2 people. We strongly recommend!

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

Our memorable visit to Saint Jean de Luz was made even better by being at the villa les roses. Everything in the town and along the beaches was within easy walking distance and the parking, which has EV charging, was a great addition. The host did everything possible to make our stay easy and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.
