Josh has basic accommodations but they are clean, walking distance to the ferry, restaurants and shops. It is a diver's haven so if you're into SCUBA, this is the place! Josh is a very nice man and made us feel completely welcome. Be aware Main Street, Utilia is a very busy place.

Mark was very responsive to all inquiries and very helpful with suggestions. The house is in an excellent location if you want to be away from all the hustle of the West end, but at the same time only 5 minutes drive away. There's a couple nice restaurants a short walk down the beach and also dive and snorkel places as well. All the bedrooms had a/c so we slept comfortably and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of complimentary drinks on arrival which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was full of amenities so we needed nothing to have a wonderful stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly an unforgettable stay! This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The location was perfect- close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Estela and Maudy! They were beyond amazing- incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our trip special. Even before we arrive, Estela was extremely responsive, helping us plan our stay by setting up a ride from the airport and answering all our questions thoroughly. During our visit, they continued to go above and beyond. One of the most memorable moments was when Maudy cooked us a delicious, fresh tuna meal- with the tuna we caught that very day! It was such a personal and thoughtful touch that made us feel completely at home! Every detail, from their warm hospitality to the incredible food and ideal location, made this trip unforgettable. We would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!

The property itself is stunning, the florals and greenery were just incredible. The views were exquisite. We spent most of our time on our balcony or in the palapa. The location was perfect, a short walk to all the fun the west end has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second time at Shanna’s place - we were excited to return and were not disappointed. What a beautiful location right on the beach- very convenient as well if you are looking for a quieter place that is still near West End and West Bay (car would be helpful - driveway is a bit tricky to find and requires care if you have a lower car, just go slow!) Very comfortable and complete accommodations - we really enjoyed the sunsets and swimming off the dock every afternoon. We CANNOT wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Grazia. It was one of the most beautiful locations I have been too. The 3 level deck on the ocean was amazing. Sitting in the hammock every morning was a dream. The space was clean, great air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms, ocean breeze. Check in and check out was flawless. Host set up taxis for us both too and from the airport. We Highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

My husband, Dad, a friend, and I stayed at this stunning house for 6 days and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Cay House is located right on the main strip in Utila, so walking distance to food, grocery, beaches, and more. My Dad and I took our open water course at Underwater Vision and loved the close proximity to school. Tina, our host, was phenomenal. She reached out prior to check in to see if there was anything she could have ready for us and quickly responded to any questions we had. She even answered my 2am text during a short power outage on the island. She went above and beyond! Overall - I would not hesitate to book this gem and can’t wait to come back again!!

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

This place was clean and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and mini market. Apart from a excellent property, the host was accomodating and very responsive. During our stay we experienced "Hurricane Sara", this property kept my family safe! I love it here. I'm definitely coming back!

My stay at this Airbnb was just great. From the moment we arrived, the host was very attentive and kind, always available to answer any questions and make sure everything was perfect. The house/apartment was impeccably clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed, even with small details that made the difference (such as coffee, water, extra towels and toiletries). The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet, ideal for resting. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions. We felt right at home throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

We loved the Mermaid House for its beauty, location, beach snorkeling, walking distance to West Bay and West End, the dock, the deck with pool, the beautiful landscaping, macaws, and other tropical birds...it was a lovely, peaceful and fun place to stay for our week in Roatan. Melissa connected us with locals, who quickly became friends. They picked us up at the airport, took us out on a boat to go out snorkeling, took us out to see the Sloths and Iguanas, and a wonderful chef who came out and cooked an amazing meal for us. Melissa made our trip a wonderfull experience of the sights and tastes of Roatan and those who call it home.

This place was amazing! Great location right on the beach, yet very private space. Everything was exactly as described. I had asked several questions, and John and Maritza responded to everything quickly. They gave us lots of local information, and clear instructions. They were both fantastic and easy to work with. Nancy is the housekeeper, and was very kind. We did have her cook a dinner for us and it was the best meal we had the entire trip!! Much better than anything we had at a resturarnt and much cheaper. Omar is the driver they have on retainer and he was also amazing! He was very flexible, easy to work with and a lot of fun! He gave us all kinds of information as we toured the island with him and gave us some very helpful recommendations. We all would love to stay here again!

Only access to the home is a 10 minute boat ride from land to the house. Owners Robert and Jenny have the boats and will provide taxi service for a fee. Great people, always willing to help with anything. It's a lovely, new home, ideal for 2 couples. One suite upstairs with private sitting area, and balcony, the other bedroom on the main floor for those who don't like stairs. It's a fishing enthusiast retreat. Robert is the fly fishing expert, and Jenny is the tuna and wahoo expect, or anything else biting. It's like an all inclusive because you can book your fishing outings with them, and they live next door. Home is on the East End of the island. The most populated, touristy areas are the West End and West Bay which is an hour drive by land. This home sits on piles, in the water and it faces East so you get gorgeous sunrises. Tradewinds keep the misquotes and bugs away...not one bite. We spent hours sitting on the multiple decks in 80 degree weather. Great 3 week stay!

I highly recommend this Airbnb. If you want to come and have a place of solace and quiet, this is a must. The ladies and gentleman who work there are very friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to the job. We are very happy with their service towards us.

Jessica's house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. She has all the basics needed for basic cooking for your stay. The location was peaceful and was walking distance to many dive shops, restaurants and gift shops. perfect area if you do not have a rental car. would stay here again.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great place. Mellisa recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Jacksons dive shop is a 1 minute walk up the road. They were fantastic. Mellisa also recommended a driver, Marco. He was the best and we never needed a rental car.

Bills place is beautiful and so well equipped. We had amazing coffee, every spice and kitchen utensil, towels. Cold cups- cooler- way more than expected. The views were incredible, great restaurants within walking distance- definitely no car needed. We will definitely be back- nice pool and so responsive- really wonderful experience!

Thank you for all your help and support. The places it’s wonderful and I always recommend to go to Tela and Indura to my friends. The Condo it’s beautiful and easy access. The lobby personnel is nice and helpful all the time.

Can’t say enough about our 2 week stay at Iron Shores. Katy and Krys were amazing, always so responsive and willing to help us with arranging transportation and anything else we needed. The unit is perfectly situated in a very safe, quiet and beautiful area, yet only an easy 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, dive shops and things that tourists like to do. Several excellent restaurants just 1 minute walk away especially Cafe de Palo for their amazing breakfasts. Loved Junior’s Pizza too…definitely the best pizza around. We mostly had the beautiful pool (perfectly situated on the oceanfront) to ourselves and you can also snorkel right out front. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom which included lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Their recommendation of Sundivers for scuba was spot on…love those folks! We limited our use of the A/C to overnight since there’s mostly a great breeze blowing through so it didn’t end up costing much for the hydro which was great.

MANGROVE DOCK!… a gem hidden away in West End! We have been to Roatan several times and stayed in different places. We decided to try a place in West End where we could walk to “town”. Mangrove Dock was perfect. A quarter mile walk to the best baleadas! Less than a half mile walk to the other places to eat. Lovely property very well kept unit nice swimming pool and a beautiful dock to look at nature. One big point was the patio, we were on the second floor was shaded most of the day with a lovely lovely breeze. If you want to relax and have a nice place to stay, this is it! Caroline is the perfect host. Very helpful with her instructions and directions and easily available for any questions. Highly recommend! ❤️
