You will be on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access with a great view. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Sainte-Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

Il est également à proximité des musées Eugène Boudin ou des maisons Satie. les marchés qui ont lieu le mercredi matin et le samedi matin sont accessibles par un escalier à 100 mètres de l'appartenant. Le linge de lit, les serviettes, torchons, papier WC ainsi que les frais de ménage sont compris dans le prix.
