However, to give you a more comprehensive understanding, our home is located in a very smelly old apartment built in the 1960s.We take good care of the inside of the unit, but the communal hallways and stairwells of the building have been marked by years and may also have some wear and tear due to the damp climate in Hong Kong.Also from the main door to the lift lobby you need to climb about 12 steps of stairs. Designed for luxury and branded living, the residential area in Mongkok is quiet and convenient, with zero distance to Prince Edward MTR Station, only 1 minute walk, with an elevator to the floor, 600 sq. ft. private garden platform, a total of 2 rooms for up to 6 people, room 1, double bed 140cm x 200cm, room 2 Queen size bed 150cm x 200cm, living room with double sofa bed Queen size 250cm x 220cm and spare bedding, luxurious design and decoration with full amenities including, unique, outdoor umbrella dining table and outdoor sun chair, (please note, please keep quiet when the garden platform is active in the evening, so as not to affect the neighbors), the room is equipped with USB international power strip, wireless Wi-Fi, smart TV 60 inches, YouTube, movie entertainment and other facilities. We have a professional cleaning company to clean and disinfect the rooms, and every customer has clean sheets and bedding, comfortable and reassuring. There is a doorman and security in the building. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily not provided towels. Experience tells us that it can greatly improve safety and hygiene for both parties. The bathroom and toilet provide basic daily necessities for free, including: toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc. Make it easy for guests to check in.
