Located in a building connected to Hongik University Station, Not only can you conveniently enjoy the most vibrant Hongdae area in Seoul, It has the best accessibility to all major spots in downtown Seoul. It is in the commercial area in the center of Hongdae, but you can feel the cozy atmosphere when you enter the house. You can enjoy the open view from the window of the house. You can also see the unexpected Seoul N Tower. You can see the Han River very well. Our house is equipped with all the basic necessities of life. Travel comfortably ^ ^ or come to play!

You can also enjoy the LPs selected by the host on an LP player equipped with Bluetooth. For the convenience of our guests, we provide towels, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap. Minimal yet warm with bright yellow accents, the studio is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, washer(that has dryer function), AC, floor heating(even in the bathroom), a full bathroom, a Queen size bed(1500mm width), a spacious work station/table(1400mm width), and other meticulous amenities you may need. Located on the first floor of a 4 story house building (where my family lives on the top floor) with a separate entrance for you.

Modern Pink House is very good choice to 1-2 guests. It is very close from Hongik university AREX(subway) station and bus station. It has 1 bed room(with kitchen), 1 queen size bed(with premium mattress) and 1 bath room. It is on Hongdae main street. Very good to sight seeing and shopping. Plus, convenience store is very close. And very close from Hongik AREX station too. Only 2min by walk. And it is on fantastic location. Please refer to below description. : )
