Located in Platte River valley, surrounded by beautiful hardwood hills. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts and reflecting/relaxing guests alike. Four season fun: Fall colors; xc ski trails right out the door; 5 min walk to pristine Platte River; fire pit, 20 min to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore; 20 min to Frankfort; 15 min to Interlochen Academy for the Arts; 15 min to Crystal Mountain Resort for downhill skiing/golf; close to Lake Michigan beaches, inland lakes; hike/bike trails, etc.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Just a short drive from Traverse City, Frankfort, beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is a prime location for many activities such as fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking etc. Located on a rural dirt road that dead ends into state land with ORV trails that are snowmobile trails in winter (trail 3). Horseshoe driveway makes it convenient for trailer access.

There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
