An ice cream shop and 2 restaurants < 5 mins walk. We're a 6.5 min walk to Jollyhall Beach, and there's a beach < 5 mins from us that is so unused it doesn't have a name! Just 5 min drive from GGT and 5 min drive from most nightlife and activities.

Our home on Exuma, Once Upon a Tide, is located on Hooper's Bay, a quiet and spectacularly beautiful beach. It sits on a hill overlooking the beach and palm trees with a walkway leading to the beach. Our beach home has a fully outfitted kitchen, sunroom, living/dining area with a full size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Relax on the beach, float in the water, swim with the turtles, play badminton or volleyball, or kayak at our home.

Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.
