Villa holiday rentals in Hoopers Bay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charline's house in Exuma! The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the island. The private beach was a true highlight, offering a serene and picturesque spot for our family to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. We also made great use of the BBQ, which made for some fantastic meals while taking in the beautiful views from the terrace. Charline was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local activities and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house felt like a home away from home, and our kids especially loved it. We also appreciated the opportunity to rent the boat, which added an unforgettable experience to our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Exuma. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable island getaway!

Its a very nice place that has everything you need for a great trip. Its also center of the island which makes it even better. I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Boujee Beach Villa! Loved everything Hideaways had to offer-beach, pool, SUP/kayaks, short walk to secluded Jolly Beach, and short walk to Shirley’s restaurant. We bought most groceries at Smitty’s and cooked breakfast and dinner-we were exploring during the day and had lunch out. Had some issues with April’s van and she was beyond helpful and understanding. I understand that issues occur with owning a home/car…really appreciated how she handled everything! The people in Bahamas are so warm and friendly too. We hope to return to Exuma and we’d definitely stay at Boujee Beach Villa again!

Linda’s villa, Side Quest#20-Steps To The Beach was wonderful! She will provide you with everything you need. Her villa has a nice view of the water and a nice breeze. We especially enjoyed the cooler, water filter pitcher, beach chairs, hammock floats and sand towels/blankets, ice trays and cooler packs for the cooler, and even two cold beers and complimentary koozie huggers:) It is the perfect size for two people. Nice big comfy king size bed too! Hideaway(where Side Quest is located) has a pool and water activities for you to use, as well as a restaurant on site. Her villa is also close to the beautiful Jolly Hall beach and the fish fry eateries. Linda is a wonderful host and was available whenever we had a question. She also sent us all kinds of useful information before we arrived. Thanks Linda! We hope to be back soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Exuma. Ironically, it started a bit bumpy when the code would not work in front door, but I share this not as a complaint but because those things happen and Beau was so proactive in getting this rectified that it was no big deal. And when we had asked a couple other people around us, they agreed and shared that Beau has always been very responsive to people’s questions so were surprised we had any issue. He made some great local recommendations all of which were spot on. The facilities around the villa were great and close enough to town that getting there is easy. The neighboring beach (about 10min walk) is probably the most beautiful on the island in my opinion. Would highly recommend staying in this villa to anyone.

The two bedroom cottage we stayed in, was perfectly clean upon arrival. The entire house is being kept up in great condition. The response time from the owners and on-site property management was very quick. We had one issue with the door lock and that issue was fixed within 30 minutes or less of notifying the owner Linda. The view is amazing and the deck is literally just 15 steps from the beautiful blue water. In the house there are plenty of cooking utensils, including plates, cups, forks, knives, glasses etc. Guest are allowed to use the ice chest, bags, chairs, footballs, splash balls, and anything else that’s there at the house. There was coffee available for the kerig or for brew. Very cold AC and onsite amenities were good too. Clean pool, Splash Restaurant had quality food. Hideaways is a very good central location to be able to access all the fun spots in Exuma! Overall experience at the resort and with the house we rented was excellent and we will definitely go back again!

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

All I have to say is, we were just here in January and now we’re planning on coming back in August for the regatta. I can’t say enough good things about the property, location, and Shinida. The sweetest and most accommodating host. Love this place to wind down and relax. Love the view! Thank you Shinida! Hope to see you soon!

Wow! What a gem of a place! I don’t know where to start. Everything was just PERFECT! It’s our second trip to Exuma and couldn’t have been happier to find Angeline’s place. It’s 15mins from the airport, 5 min walk to one the best beaches of Exuma, Jolly Hall. The villa has one of the best views of Jolly Hall beach/bay as it sits on top of the hill. The balconies on the second level provide stunning views of the area and perfect for watching the sunrise! The pool and deck beach chairs in the backyard were the cherry on the cake. We enjoyed the early morning sun while sipping on coffee. It also provided the perfect privacy. Angeline has provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved cooking in the spacious and beautiful kitchen. We loved the modern feel of the villa and was just beautifully laid out. Thank you Angeline for being a great host and for letting us enjoy our stay in Exuma. And thanks you Cleo for your help keeping the place clean! We will come back! Max

February Point is a beautiful, safe area to stay in Exuma. The Rusty Anchor and access to the pool was a great amenity. We would go back!

This place was great! The location was right in the center of the island and a short distance from the airport. There managers of the property were very friendly and helpful.

Very responsive, couldn’t have been better. Especially since we’d just left an awful situation in another property.

You, me and the sea was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Exuma is our favorite place to visit. This was our third visit in three years. Taylor was prompt in responding to any of my questions, and his on-site hostess Janetta is precious. She knocked on our door one morning with a gift to help us celebrate. We had a minor issue with the rental vehicle we were driving and she was eager to find us assistance. Then, she reached out multiple times to ensure we had been taken care of. This unit is located within Hideaways. This is considered the central part of the island with access to Jolly Hall Beach. Convenient, clean and in the most beautiful setting.

We got married during our stay, and the villa was for just us two. The property would, however, be comfortable for a 6 person party. It was perfectly private and peaceful, with a BEAUTIFUL sunrise view over the ocean with a leaning palm tree right by us. The kitchen had all items needed to prepare a meal. The deck is where we hung out most while there. The property was clean and decorated tastefully. The outdoor shower was convenient when coming in from the beach. Elvis, the caretaker, was easy to find upon check-in and so friendly. The air conditioning worked great for comfortable sleeping. I have no complaints about the property. I would stay here again and recommend Casa Nomad all the way.
