In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations, e.g. Golf, Skånes Djurpark, Skåneleden 50 m, hiking trails, etc. Note: The apartment does not share an entrance, parking space or patio with the house.

Forest height! A house in the middle of the forest and in the middle of Skåne

Skogshöjda is a small house of 52 m2 but still has everything! The house is in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip, you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you can be out in the garden or in the forest. Take the car and you have Åhus' nice sandy beaches 1 hour away. You can bike or walk down to the lake to swim and fish. In autumn, you will find plenty of mushrooms in Karlarp's nice forest. Welcome all year round. Marianne & Martin

Welcome to a cozy house where modern comfort meets calm nature. There is an airy living room with a fireplace and large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. The spacious bathroom has a shower and of course includes clean sheets, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large terrace of 50 sqm offers many hours of sunshine. Close to hiking trails, fishing in Lake Sätoftasjön and excursion destinations such as Skånes Djurpark and Bosjökloster Golf Club.

You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

We have had our house since the 1930s and have upgraded and renovated it with feeling and love. We are proud of our nice house and think that it offers nature experiences with swimming in Lake Tjörnarpssjön, fishing, forest, proximity to tennis court as well as walks and forest plot with nice patio. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

This is a place where you can enjoy the tranquility in the heart of nature. For those who like to hike, there are several hiking trails just around the corner. A few minutes' walk through the forest will take you to the 3 km long loop around the lake, where there is a municipal swimming area with piers and diving towers.
