Our cottage is located in the middle of the fields, a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam, in a small recreational park where another cottage of ours, Familie Buitenhuys, is also located. You will stay in a fully furnished and comfortable house with underfloor heating. The bright, playfully arranged spaces create an open and relaxing atmosphere. In the master bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub by the window overlooking the meadows: Holland in its purest form. Suitable for up to 4 adults + 1 baby.

Comfortably and recently renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Well suited for a long weekend or longer holidays for relaxing, cycling and visiting Noord Holland. Amsterdam as well is at half an hour by car or bus.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Enjoy peace, space and cosiness in this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse was built in 1904 according to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. A little bit of a renovation of the house, so it now has well-functioning heating! We'll put Airbnb's proceeds back in the house, so we're now saving for the rooftop renovation.
