Beautiful cabin! Roomy, peaceful, quiet!

We stayed 5 weeks in the house during August September 2024. The house had good AC, was spacious, in accordance with description and pictures. We asked several times Penelope on help and she always responded very fast and fixed our wishes. It was also very nice to visit her garden center located on the other side of the road. Madisonville is a nice and small city, but offers high variety of restaurants, a cosy main street with some shops. I can just recommend this place.

I came for the weekend after completed a stressful project for work. I needed some quiet alone time, and this was just the place for that. Aside from having oversized cookware for 1 person (ie large electric skillet for 2 scrambled eggs) everything was great! Cozy, serene, great view of the woods from the deck, and quiet. I will likely return someday!

I could write a book on how great Mr Harold and Mrs Brenda’s two Airbnb’s are. I stay with them very frequently and couldn’t ask for a better host/house. They are always there to help with anything you may need at the drop of a hat. I highly recommend using them.. you won’t regret it. The houses and amenities are top notch.
