Within easy walking distance to all that Horbury has to offer. Whether it’s a gorgeous cake and coffee or a glass of wine or beer it’s all on your doorstop . Both the M1 and M62 motorway networks are only a 10 minute drive away . If you don’t fancy driving there are regular buses to Wakefield or Leeds where you can shop til you drop. The back courtyard garden is a private sun trap where you can relax and only hear the church bells ringing
