There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

You will receive a spacious living/dining area with guest toilet and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with large shower area. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The courtyard with garden is available for you to share. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.
