The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Relaxing In Pure Nature

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

My place is in the countryside close to the historic old town Ravensburg. Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen ) can be reached in about 20 minutes. There are shopping opportunities nearby (1 to 3 km). You will love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Die ruhige und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich nahe Ravensburg. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Aufenthalt in Oberschwaben, Bodensee und Allgäu. Fußläufig ist eine Bushaltestelle zu erreichen. Ebenso gibt es eine Bäckerei und kleinem Supermarkt , der auch regionale Produkte anbietet. Den Bodensee erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten . The apartment (35 m²) is close to Oberteuringen. It has a double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area. The fridge has a small freezer. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. Private parking is right by the house. It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.

A 2-level renovated apartment in the upper floor of an old farmhouse. It has exposed beams, lots of windows. A gallery with glass floors opens up to the floor below. Great views of the countryside and close to lakes and mountains.
