Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Queenies Cottage has been beautifully restored to retain many original architectural features whilst providing modern comforts; underfloor heating, woodburner, fitted kitchen , downstairs wet room and an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Suffolk Barn Annexe Rural Retreat near Framlingham

Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

Old Post Office Stable

Old Post Office Stable sits in the heart of a conservation area on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Thorpe Abbotts is home to the 100th Bomber Group Museum. They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.
