Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Skeetsmere Farm, a cosy cottage country retreat

Beautiful, quiet rural location, close to pub (1 mile) & nearby town Harleston only 2 miles. Nice walks to explore the country lanes. The listing is an old farm cottage, joined to converted barns where we live, It’s all one property with a locked joining door. There is an outside seating area with table & parasol, plenty of parking. From here you are only 45 mins from the coast, 40 mins from the city of Norwich. 9 miles from Diss railway station. New Lidl supermarket 2 miles away in Harleston.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond.
