We had an amazing long weekend at Jim and Jen’s place! There was so much space to spread out, but also be together. The yard was amazing, kitchen had everything you could need, and as parents of 20 month olds, having all the outlets covered and no clutter they could get into was so nice. Would def recommend this place for families!

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Lake George Village and only 10 minutes from a wedding we attended in Queensbury. The house itself is absolutely beautiful; the photos don’t do it justice. It was even better in person—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Heaven on earth!!! Very peaceful!! Clean energy!! Tbh I am struggling to write about this place because I don’t want people to know about it. I want to keep it as a secret but I know that a place like this shouldn’t be a secret and shared with people… I cannot wait to be back again!!!!

This was my first ever experience with AirBNB. I couldn't have stayed at a better location for my first experience! Melissa's home was warm welcoming and beautiful. I stayed for four nights with my four children. There was plenty of space for all of us. Although my youngest still chose to sleep with me lol the bed was still big enough for the two of us. The pool was absolutely perfect, my kids loved it! The hot tub was very relaxing and very easy to use. My kids really enjoyed it too. The grill worked wonderfully and the fire pit was great for smores. The covered patio made watching my kids enjoy the pool even more relaxing for me, I'm a ginger so if I can be outside and out of direct sunlight that's a huge bonus for me. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Melissa was very responsive when I had questions and I cannot thank her enough for the great week. We'll be back next June for another week! Can't wait to return to this fantastic vacation spot!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Chantale’s place was wonderful. The pool allows us to have fun even when it’s raining. Chantale was really responsive and helpful and her dogs were a lovely bonus.

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. We had a delightful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One unique aspect of our visit was the extra sense of security and warmth, knowing that the host was nearby. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated how accommodating and responsive the host was throughout our visit, ensuring that we had a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and cozy getaway.

This house was a great spot for our family of four (and our dog!) to base out of while skiing Gore and Whiteface and visiting Lake Placid. We enjoyed having lots of space and appreciated the modern bathrooms and kitchen. We also appreciated that the house is walking distance from the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The grocery store in town is good and we had a fun dinner out at Sticks & Stones. The hosts were very responsive any time we had questions. Thanks for a great stay! We’d love to come back in the summer…seems like a great lake town!

Definitely !We had a wonderful stay and will tell others about the place. Our son has sent pictures to friends of his and are talking about staying there. It is a beautiful place the workmanship was admired by my husband,son and son-in-law. My daughter and I loved the decorating.

This place is such a gem! Especially for dog owners. It backs up to a beautiful horse farm. There is a dirt road on the property that we walked our dog on and it was beautiful! Such a peaceful spot and the inside of the house is a great layout.

Jessica’s lodge was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Everything was so clean, beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. And Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate any extra needs. It truly was home away from home, and our family hopes to come back!!

We loved our stay at the North Pine Lodge. We have stayed at 6-7 different Airbnb’s near Gore Mountain for our family ski vacations and this one is now our favorite. Very spacious and clean, lots to do in the house when you have downtime, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the mountain. We all agreed though, that our favorite thing about this house is the beds!!! Everyone slept like babies…even on the little twin mattresses. We hope to come back next year!

Host response time was exceptional, Directions and local tips excellent. The house was CLEAN. We stayed in winter surrounded by over three feet of snow so there wasn’t too much opportunity to adventure out on the property, but the views from within the warmth of the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, everything placed thoughtfully and convenient. Kids loved the game room. We brought a Roku and enjoyed family movies while wood burning stove toasted the rooms. Bedrooms large and comfortable. The drive was plowed and easily managed despite all the snow. Only 17 minutes from Gore Mountain, we felt happily lost in the deep Adirondacks. Would recommend and come back. Thanks Alex and Suzette!

Jason's house was beautiful and "as advertised." They were very communicative and responsive during our stay. The shared beach is fantastic -- nice sand and the water was great for swimming. The yard was fun and we were able to set up a badminton net. The fire pit was great. And it's not far from the Adirondack General Store or Chestertown (our choice) or Schroon Lake Village. We have no complaints and would happily stay there again.

Cozy, well-appointed, inviting home in a beautiful, quiet setting. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, exactly what our family was looking for after visiting extended family for the holidays. Got lucky with the snow giving the kids a taste of what they miss living in warm weather now and the view?! Just perfect! Clear home instructions, easy check-in/check-out, lovely touch with the local wine, and host was very nice and responsive with great recommendations. Cute town with local shops nearby. Thank you so much for hosting our winter getaway!

Fantastic stay! Absolutely loved this converted gas station. So unique, so much personality. Pictures don’t do it justice. So comfortable and homey. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Lynn thought of everything. I have never been in a place that had so many comforts. Little water cups in the bathroom. Lots of washcloths and towels. Zip lock bags!!' We were there for less than 24 hours. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the place for you.

Jon was easy to work with and always helpful. Everything is as described. We skied Mt Gore and it's a nice 15-20 minute drive in beautiful countryside. I imagine the place is extra beautiful in the summer in front of the lake. We were there with lots of snow. Jon's plow guy was prompt and courteous and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Gina was always lighting fast to respond and very kind and agreeable. The house was absolutely lovely, just as described and worth the price. Highly recommend!

Amazing! It is literally the second closest house to Gore Mountain. The place is comfortable and clean with everything you need for a cozy week away. The hosts are very responsive and kind.

My family was so pleased with the house, especially the fire place and string lights outside! What a way to start the summer!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Camp Moonshadow, where we met our daughter, who came over from Burlington to spend the weekend with us. It was a very easy ferry drive and short drive for her. It was exactly what we needed - quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We did the short hikes nearby and we cooked in all meals. Kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - large and open and providing most of what we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit on one of the nights - roasting marshmallows and catching up. Coffee on the patio in the mornings was lovely. Bedrooms were comfortable, and bathrooms squeaky clean and expansive. Host Steven got back to me regarding a few hours early on checkin - much appreciated. This is a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for a restful respite.
