Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Proximity to the ski slope and high position overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with jetty just in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks just around the corner. About 40 minutes drive to Säfsen, about 1 hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. In winter, well-prepared cross-country ski tracks are located just 1 km from the house, and the downhill ski slopes at Romme Alpin are only a 45-minute drive away. Located in the heart of Dalarna, the area offers plenty of sights, activities, and nature experiences to discover all year round. The house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including an infrared sauna for two guests.

På den rymliga terrassen finns matgrupp, piltavla samt både gasolgrill och klotgrill – perfekt för långa middagar och avkopplande kvällar tillsammans. När mörkret faller kan ni krypa ner i den vedeldade badtunnan och njuta under den vackra stjärnhimlen. Cozy log cabin with lake view, close to swimming/fishing

Välkommen till vår mysiga timmerstuga — en rofylld plats för avkoppling och äventyr! I stugan finns 6 bäddplatser fördelat på 2 sovrum samt ett litet loft med 2 bäddplatser. Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Gångavstånd till badplats med sandstrand. Upptäck museum, fik, gokart, Spa, fisketurer, skidor utför/ längd.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Spelbo, a small paradise in Bergslagen.

Varmt välkommen till Spelbo! Huset ligger vid sjön Norrmogen. Sjön i söderläge och i norr den milsvida skogen. Sovplatser på övervåningen: en dubbelsäng. Fri tillgång till vedeldad bastu. I Ramsberg (9 km) finns en populär obemannad matbutik! Hoppas att ni ska njuta av vistelsen på denna enkla och stillsamma plats! (Eldning utomhus: endast i kolgrillen några meter ifrån huset, ingen eldning på terrassen)

Direkt anslutning till friparkering. Fullt utrustat kök. Sängkläder, handduk ingår ej men kan hyras för 100:-/per gäst. Städning ingår ej, ska göras före utcheckning eller kan beställas mot en avgift a 950:-
