Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves with our kayaks, jump in the lake on our swimming platform, fish on our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Located on Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing on the lake right below our marina steps away.

Ruby's Cottage is located 5 miles from Anacoco, La on Lake Vernon. Lake Vernon offers excellent fishing and boating. Guests have access to a large fishing dock with a gazebo and a kayak dock. A public boat launch is located 500 feet from Ruby's Cottage. A private patio with a gas BBQ is provided. A queen size bed, 2 adult bunk beds, a washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave, and dish washer. A TV with Dish network and free Wi-Fi is provided.

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
