Brandon's place is a lovely home, full of details, books, and comfort. Lots of space, places to sit and read, or watch the big TV. Great kitchen with goodies and snacks. This is the second time I've stayed there for work in Elmira. I only wish I was staying to enjoy the area.

Josh's place was clean and well kept. A true sanctuary and reflecting what was advertised! Very peaceful area, would recommend to fellow travelers.

We had a fantastic stay while exploring Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake! The location was perfect—super close to all the main attractions and with easy access to highways for getting to and from home, as well as nearby towns like Corning. The space itself was cozy and just right for a couples’ getaway. It was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with essentials like toiletries, towels, and linens. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was a big plus, and the smart TVs were easy to use during our downtime. There’s also a Walmart just a few minutes away in case you need anything last minute. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future visit. (My husband wants to give a special shoutout to the candy jar lol) Thank you for a great experience!!

Stayed here for a reunion weekend- comfortable accommodations with many conveniences. About a 40 min drive to Ithaca which was fine

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

Hammie on Rye was a very clean little house. Enough room for 2 couples and stocked with plenty of towels and other necessities. The location was great, easy to find and a very short walk to restaurants and little shops. We LOVED Vern’s bakery! We utilized the fire pit which sits in the driveway in the front of the house. Although it was an odd location, we found it funny interacting with people walking past. Personally, we thought there was an exorbitant amount of Knick knacks which made it feel cluttered. But overall it was nice. And very clean which is most important to us. Would recommend to others.

This house was absolutely beautiful! The views from the balcony were amazing each morning. Within close mileage to 5-6 wineries which we thoroughly enjoyed for a friend’s bachelorette trip! The kitchen is fully stocked, whatever you think you need they have it already! Him and his wife sent a FULLY detailed PDF doc of things to do, things to see, hikes, other lakes, etc. it honestly took the guess work out of a lot of our trip! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone, they respond so quickly and is so worth the price of what you get!!

Lake Haven was the perfect retreat! Everything you could want or need was provided. A quiet and restful little neighborhood. Fun activities like Charcoal Corral and letchworth were very close by! We had a great stay.

This was our second time staying. We just adore this place! On this visit, the flowers were all in bloom. Morning coffee on the glider outside with all the birds is perfection. Inside, the home was clean, tidy and way more spacious than you think from the outside. Very comfortable. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book here.

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Prattsburgh. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly kind, respectful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The price was more than reasonable, and we felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. The cleanliness, coziness, and peaceful atmosphere made this place truly special. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Everything was like the pictures. Host was very informative about nearby locations with parks and restaurants. Place was clean and felt cozy. Definitely recommend!

Just got back home to Mi. after attending the Six Hours @ The Glen. I not only met John but had the pleasure of meeting his father as well. I cannot give their place high enough ratings. The peacefulness and solitude of the area is beyond belief. The wife and I absolutely loved it. You will look long and hard to find a better Host. Thank you very much John. Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
