Havpilen summer house - 100m to Dragsmur Beach

First row to Dragsmur Beach. View of Begtrup Vig. 5000m² natural plot with paths and hills in the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park. There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

SUSET er et HYGGELIGT sommerhus ml. bakkerne og vandet på et lille fredeligt sommerhusområde , som ligger 12 km fra Ebeltoft . Det bedste af alt er beliggenheden, lige mellem bakkerne - Nationalpark Mols Bjerge- og stranden.⭐️ Ved huset er der næsten altid et sted at finde læ i baghaven, som er en dejlig ugenert. I haven er der gynger og sandkasse 💚 Måltider kan indtages både på verandaen og i baghaven. Gasgrillen står tæt ved huset, og der er et grillbord, hvorpå maden kan gøres klar.😊

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Hytten ligger i første række til Gudenåen, fra hytten er der 200 meter til å kanten. Der er direkte udgang til vandre og cykelture. Hytten ligger på en naturgrund hvor der er mulighed for at nyde den stille natur og de oplevelser den byder på. Du kan tænde bål og bruge de milde aftener udenfor. Hytten er bygget i efteråret 2019 og er smagfuldt indrettet. Hytten er opført i natur materialer og bygget på bæredygtige og økologiske principper.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
