It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
