Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Enjoy the lovely surroundings of this romantic home in the deep quiet of the forest, 200 meters from the spring lake Øjesø. Large park-like plot with trees, small fruit plantation and grass walkways. Large wooden terrace with lounge set at the top of the park. Courtyard with garden pavilion and dining area, barbecue and fire pit. 5 min. drive to Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. 1.7 km to Vesthimmerland's Put and Take Fiskesø. The stay includes electricity/water, bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, firewood.

From the house you have a view of one of the golf course holes, and a beautiful little lake. There are 2 terraces, with a large gas grill, 2 tables and chairs, 2 sofa arrangements and the most beautiful sunrise. The house has both a washing machine and a dishwasher. A bathroom with shower, television, heat pump that can also cool, oven, induction stove, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. There are 2 double beds, with good top mattresses. If you want to stay more than 4, this can be requested.

The home is located in rural surroundings with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.

Af aktiviteter kan der nævnes: svømmehal, Padel, minigolf, fitnesscenter,bowling, tennis, stor kunststofbane, 2 x 18 hullers golfbaner og Academy bane. Derudover er der en fin sø med badebro og sauna - også i gåafstand, hvor man kan bade året rundt. I centret er der lækker spa og dejlige behandlinger.

The log cabin is located in the protected nature area "Øjesø Plantage". It can accommodate 6 people in 3 rooms. The cottage also contains modern kitchen with all accessories, wood stove, heat pump, bathroom with shower cabin,TV with chromecast, wifi. The outdoor areas are very special. Have fun in the evening by the fire pit or relax on the completely undisturbed terrace with grille and one of the house's many games.
