Great place! Love the location and less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach! Loved the outdoor wash off station on the property, really came in handy. Home was clean and comfortable. The outdoor area was a cozy place to sit when the sun went down. Really appreciated the extra items in the house! The broom is something I don’t see a lot of hosts have on the property, but it comes in handy when I couldn’t take the sand anymore! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cute bungalow with lots of bedroom space, plus washer/dryer in bedroom. New appliances in kitchen. Plenty of seating in the living room. Back yard is closed off & nice space to chill/BBQ or let the dogs sniff. There is a water hose & outdoor shower in the backyard too. This was nice after taking the dogs to the beach. Short walk to public beach access. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance of bungalow. Christopher was quick to respond with any question or concerns I had, which is really nice when you are visiting a new area.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! We took our two dogs and they enjoyed getting to go to the beach. Very clean, reasonably priced, and a short walk to the beach! We will definitely be back for small weekend trips!

This was a great location, close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was quiet peaceful.

This quaint bungalow was just what my family needed for our stay! There are two units attached by a screened in porch with no shared walls. No one was staying at unit B during our stay, but should still be fine. The pictures do not do Karen's listing quite justice. Inside, you will find a coxy house with all the necessities. It's a tad... retro... but settle into the warm, beach vibe quickly. We were travelling with two small pups and an older dog. This house was perfect for pets! There is plenty of sandy yard for the dogs to do their thing, divided in half by wire fencing for unit B. They don't limit pets on furniture with couch covers on site. Garden City Beach is a busy beach but NOWHERE near Myrtle. It's about a 15-20min walk to the beach but I highly suggest you rent a golf cart. The area near the beach is fun, especially at night. There is an arcade, ice cream, eateries, etc. The pier is within blocks as well. Karen was great and communicated well. Wish we stayed longer!

This is a great listing. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The host is friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The beach was within a 4 minute walk to multiple entrances for the beach, all with stroller wagon access. The space was child friendly and the outdoor shower was extremely convenient for hosing down sandy kids before heading inside. We’d absolutely stay again when in the area.

The perfect month long stay before tourist season. First: Essentials. WIFI - dependable, fast for work. Clean - very clean, neat Crews tidied up outside - mulching, raking - post winter tasks Cozy - with a low country beach cottage vibe... comfy day beds/mattresses on both Queen (2nd Bedroom) and King (Primary) Spacious - Family room can easily handle a family of 6-8, with a dog or two & kids... much larger than photos suggest Kitchen - more than adequate with counter top appliances, full size refrigerator, counter space to prep meals & gas grill off the screened in breezeway to do a few steaks Second - Location - we walked to Garden City pier w/ beach chairs, beach bag & cooler...not quite a mile. safe with low traffic & sidewalks.. rent a golf cart to haul kids & gear - can use golf cart to run to Kroger for groceries...or up to Neal & Pam's in Surfside. Garden City is a much quieter pace than Myrtle Beach center... Airport was a 20 minute drive to pick up family.
